Our 5k improvers running course is aimed at people who have completed the 5k distance and now want to consolidate their running and build their stamina, technique and fitness.
Incorporating running drills and structured interval sessions and learning more about running technique, this course attracts a wide range of abilities.
We encourage all runners to complete two sets of homework which may include cross training as well as specific running sessions.
Runs take place in and around Worcester; we post details of each run, along with homework runs, on our Facebook page.
