On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being “I just want to sit on the couch and eat cake all day” and 10 being “I’ll train in the snow, rain and wind and eat nothing but rice and tofu if that’s what it takes,” how committed are you achieving your fitness goals?
Are you prepared to invest £80-£160 per month in order to reach your goals?
